Today, school give some exam results liao...
English- 80%... not satisfied le.
But nevermind what pass is pass and cannot be changed. Thank God it the first intervention.
Mathematics- 60%+ forget jo but satisfied cause my mathematics haven't been getting very good results for "decades"
Today, marching practice again... sien no people.
Don't know how to handle those juniors la...

Ask opinion from seniors (even those who graduated), and teachers (Very sure they will glad to give feedback, or ideas).
You can't lead a team alone, u need friends to work together also. So, understand ur juniors, get close to them. Good bonding is one of the key to good leadership.
